For all shipments of the Rooted in Sounds Essentials Package, shipping will be made in two packages – a poster tube with the A1 Phonics chart, and a package with the sound cards, alliteration cards, tabletop sound mat, beginners lesson plans book, beginners workbook 1 and workbook 2. The sound PowerPoint will be sent to the buyers email address to download.
Shipping Methods and Charges:
- Tracked 48 (United Kingdom):
- Shipping to the UK is charged at $11.00 USD, approximately £8.50 and items are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days.
- Please note that your email address will be provided to the Post Office to enable you to track and monitor your parcel’s progress.
- International Tracked Shipping:
- Shipping times are 3-5 business days for Europe and 6-7 business days for the rest of the world (these times are to be used as a guide).

Europe $32 USD, approximately £25
USA & Canada $45 USD, approximately £35
Australia $57.50 USD, approximately £45
The rest of the world $50 USD, approximately £40
Please note that your email address will be provided to the Post Office to enable you to track and monitor your parcel’s progress. Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
Right of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the order without giving any reason prior to shipment. Once the products have been shipped, please follow the refund process.
Failed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt fails on two separate occasions, the parcels will be returned to Rooted in Sounds. In such cases, where the order has to be reshipped, prior to the return of the parcels, then reordering will be at the customer’s expense. Once the returned items are received by us, then the former package only will be refunded.
Delays:
If the delivery is delayed for any reason then no penalties or indemnities can be applied.
