60-day return policy. If for any reason you decide this program is not right for you, just let us know within 60 days of purchase to support@rootedinsounds.com. Do provide us with your reasons for the return, to support us, as we seek to provide products and services to meet your satisfaction.
Bundle Packages
Should a refund of our essentials package become necessary, there is a 30 day return policy. Submit your request to support@rootedinsounds.com. The package must have been purchased directly from www.rootedinsounds.com within the United Kingdom.
To be eligible for a return, your item must still be in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging. Please notify us immediately at supported@rootedinsounds.com with the reason for the return and any other details as without this, we will not accept the return. We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved or not. We will stay in contact with you throughout the process to ensure that you are aware of the next steps. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your package.
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Damaged items
Inspect your package upon receipt and email us immediately at support@rootedinsounds.com if the items are damaged or defective, or one of the items are missing, providing detailed information and evidence of the defects. We will assess the situation within 24-48 hours and make arrangements for a replacement/s.
Digital resources
All digital items are non-refundable after it has been accessed or downloaded. Exceptional circumstances – If you are unable to access the resources or download them once purchased and or if you purchase the same resource twice from the same account.
If your purchase falls into the first two categories, please notify us so that we can seek an alternative means of getting the resource/s to you. If you purchase the same resource twice, you can submit a refund. Please include in your request: the name of the item purchased.
